Rose Cottage is ideal for bushwalkers, families & couples wanting to relax in the peaceful surroundings as well as friends and family wanting to enjoy the restaurants and scenic sights within walking distance of Rose Cottage.
If you enjoy walking it will take approximately 20 minutes to walk to Katoomba Railway Station and village shops, cafes & restaurants.
Or a 3 minute bus ride which you can catch around the corner from Rose Cottage. Taxis are also available. Leura is also just a short drive away with its many speciality shops, cafes and restaurants.

Summary: It is a beautiful and comfortable well decorated cottage. We were very comfortable during our two nights stay. Close to most things to see in Leura and Blue Mountains. New big bathroom was great and very nice. Having said that, we thought that for three bedrooms property, at least two bathrooms would have been more convenient. This is just an idea for the host. We still enjoyed the house and highly recommend it. Thanks Marilla.
